Managed Solution Group Holding ("we", "us") is a South African recruitment, staffing, HR and managed-services company with head office at Hanover Square Block A, Cnr 7th Avenue & Hendrik Potgieter Street, Edenvale, 1609. We are the "responsible party" for personal information processed through this website.

2. What we collect

Through our contact and CV forms we collect the information you provide: name, contact details, company, region, employment preferences, your CV and any message you send. Our web server also records standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited).

3. Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, to assess candidates for suitable positions, to conduct recruitment processes (including verification and background checks with your consent), and to comply with our legal obligations.

4. Sharing

Candidate information is shared with prospective client employers only for the purpose of placement. We do not sell personal information. Verification partners (e.g. criminal, credit or qualification checks) receive only what is needed to perform the check, and only with your consent.

5. Retention

CVs and candidate information are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for recruitment purposes, after which they are securely deleted. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

6. Your rights

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS on this website and restricted access to submitted CVs.

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Embedded Google Maps may set cookies governed by Google's privacy policy.
